Bob Huggins
Bob Huggins has broad legal experience having successfully represented thousands of individuals in both criminal and civil cases. Following graduation from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1977, Bob began his career representing coal miners and mountaineers at the Hazard, Kentucky office of the Appalachian Research and Defense Fund where he was co-directing attorney.

Since moving to Portland in 1982, he has been a clinical instructor with the Lewis and Clark Legal Clinic, a legal aid attorney with Multnomah County Legal Aid Service where he served as interim executive director, and a public defender with Metropolitan Public Defender. During his five years at Metropolitan Public Defender he represented clients charged with crimes ranging from misdemeanors to major felonies.

Bob currently practices trial level criminal defense.
